As many of you know, they are starting to build a new building next door to us.  They have just started construction, and it could take severaly months.  As a result, we have decided to OPEN ON SUNDAYS.  At least during construction months, which could be thru March.  Starting October 4th, we will be OPEN Sundays from 11:00 - 4:00. 

Our classroom is now larger and brighter, so we have decided to add open knitting to everyone interested in just coming in and knitting on Sunday afternoons from 1:30 - 3:30.

Ravelry still meets the 1st Saturday of each month at 1:00 and they welcome you to join them as well.  So, lots of knitting time if you are interested.

 The Portland Yarn Crawl is coming March 5, 6 & 7.  Join us for a weekend of fun.  On Saturday March 6th, Portland author Leigh Radford will be doing a book signing for us from 1 - 3.  She now has 4 books in print.  Also, Kate Sitzman our dyer for Woolgatherings fibers will be giving a spinning demonstration and telling everyone about the fibers and dyes she uses.  To find out more about the Yarn Crawl go to:  www.portlandyarncrawl.com.
