Sunday, March 10th
10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Come and meet Candace Wilson, the ceramic artist behind One of a Kind Buttons, at a one-day Pop-up Shop on Sunday. Candace will have a selection of ceramic buttons, pins, and shawl pins, as well as her popular garden birds and bird ornaments.
We are so pleased Candace created a Limited Edition Shawl Pin for our Shop’s Featured Knit Pattern, allowing us to “Put a Bird on it”! With the Yarn Crawl’s 2019 theme of “A Walk in the Park” as inspiration, we created a knit design called “Birding the Tualatin River Refuge”. We wanted a bird shawl pin to support this pattern and knew Candace would create something special! Each of these Knit Pattern Kits will include the yarn and pattern, as well as one of these cute Bird Shawl Pins. Yowza!
Candace draws all her designs by hand, then creates the stamps to produce these fabulous ceramic items – which are truly one of a kind. They make great gifts for your fiber-obsessed friends, as well as wonderful mementos of this year’s crawl!
Looking for that perfect button or shawl pin for your handmade item? How about a unique ceramic gift for your Fiber Artist Friends? Come and meet Candace Wilson, the Ceramic Artist behind One of a Kind Buttons — she will help you find just the right thing! Candace’s buttons, pins and shawl pins are truly unique — clever and lovely. Candace also has several handmade items perfect for that “little something” you needed for your gift list. She draws all her designs by hand, then creates the stamps to produce these fabulous ceramic items – which are truly “one of a kind”! Her work makes lovely and affordable gifts for all the “handy” people on your Holiday List. And I promise you won’t be able to leave without at least one very cool and special item for yourself!

Sleigh Rides, Tree Lighting, St. Nick sightings, Caroling and more…all happening throughout Multnomah Village as part of the annual Holiday Gala on Friday, December 2nd. Don’t miss this intimate and very local celebration!
