Crash Course Knit Blanket Class
First Sunday of each Month in 2025
3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Every month, Cammie will teach you a new knit stitch or pattern and help you make a new square for your blanket. At the end of the year, you'll learn how to join the squares together to form a patchwork sampler blanket. This project is a great way to learn how to knit and develop a wide range of skills!
This class will meet on the first Sunday of every month. Regular attendance is encouraged, as each square progressively builds skills.
Skill Level
Starting in January, this class is open to beginning knitters. The difficulty level increases as the year passes.
Materials
- Worsted weight yarn in multiple colors (1 main color and 6 contrast colors recommended)
- US #8 knitting needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)
- The pattern, which will be handed out at each class
Materials are not included in the class fee, but registered students receive a 10% discount on supplies purchased in the shop.
Pricing
Cammie is developing the patterns as the class progresses this year. The price for the Crash Course Knit Blanket is less than its crochet counterpart, as the 2025 students are also testing the pattern with her! The pricing schedule is:

Please be aware that no refunds will be offered, and any credits for missed classes must be used by the end of 2025.

Returns
Unwound, like-new yarn may be returned in-store for store credit within 6 months of purchase. Like-new knitting needles and crochet hooks with original packaging may be returned in-store for store credit within 1 week of purchase.
All items must be accompanied by a receipt. If a return must be shipped back to Northwest Wools, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
No returns or exchanges are accepted on any other items, clearance items, or trunk show items.

Dye Lots
Prepackged kits will include yarns of the same dye lot; however, when purchasing yarn by the skein we cannnot garuntee that all skeins in an order will be from the same lot. If you are purchasing multiple skeins for the same project or are attempting to match the dye lot of skeins you already have, please call the shop at (503) 244-5024 to confirm the lot before placing your order.

Classes
We reserve the right to cancel classes any time before the day of the class. We will make every effort to contact students via the contact methods provided at checkout. If Northwest Wools cancels a class, students will receive a full refund.
Students may cancel their registration up to one week in advance of the beginning of class and receive a full refund. Otherwise, classes are non-refundable.
